Reiki Sessions
Reiki is an ancient healing modality that originated in Japan. ‘Rei’ means ‘universal’ and ‘ki’ means ‘life energy’. During our in-person Reiki sessions, we stimulate the flow of life force energy using an intuitively guided blend of hands-on and hands-off healing, aromatherapy and high frequency music.
Our 60 minute session will begin with a brief check-in to guide our direction, organically unfold into the channeling of Reiki and conclude with a short discussion to integrate and provide recommendations for further exploration. In-person Reiki sessions are 800 MXN.
These sessions are designed to help you rest, relax and restore the balance of your mind, body and spirit.
Access Consciousness sessions
Access Consciousness is a transformative healing modality introduced by co-creators Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer. It utilizes a collection of energetic tools and techniques to help you deepen your connection with your body and expand your awareness of your unique self and the world around you as a catalyst for individual change.
We offer three types of Access Consciousness Sessions: Access Bars®, Access Energetic Facelift™ and Access Body Processes.

A 60 minute Access Bars® Session targets 32 points on your head with gentle, hands-on touch to create more space for ease in the mind and body. This session is designed to feel relaxing and peaceful and is ideal for those who wish to ease stress, anxiety or burnout.
Access Bars® Sessions are 1500 MXN.

A 60 minute Access Energetic Facelift™ Session applies gentle, hands-on touch to the face, head, chest and body to refresh, restore and rejuvenate the body’s cells. This session is designed to feel regenerative and is ideal for those who wish to release limiting, self-critical thoughts and judgements about their appearance.
Access Energetic Facelift™ Sessions are 1500 MXN.

A 60 minute Access Body Processes Session applies gentle, hands-on touch to processes across the entire body to stimulate your body’s capacity to heal. This session is designed to feel deeply connected and is ideal for those who wish to change the way they relate to their body.

Access Bars® Practitioner Certifications
Are you interested in sharing the benefits of energy healing to raise the collective consciousness? Whether you are a passionate individual or health and wellness professional, we offer the internationally recognized Access Bars® Practitioner Certifications to help you expand your knowledge base and tool set so that you can harness this transformational energetic modality and positively impact the lives of others.
We offer two types of practitioner certifications: Access Bars® and Access Energetic Facelift™.

Becoming an Access Bars® Practitioner will provide you with foundational knowledge for all of Access Consciousness.
As an Access Bars® Practitioner, you are certified to:
Offer Access Bars® sessions to clients, family, and friends.
Host Gifting & Receiving events where people come and trade Access Bars® sessions.
The certification includes:
Printed manual
Printed chart
Quality snacks and drinks
A Diploma and Certificate with International validity.
Joining an international platform of certified practitioners.

Meet Yaritzi Jiménez
I’m a multi-passionate woman who loves to learn about anything and everything, with a special interest in health, well-being and personal growth. I connect with nature, speak 3 languages (English, Spanish and French) and have two beautiful boys who teach me about patience, tolerance and love.
I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the IIN and a yoga nidra meditation instructor and Access Bars® Facilitator after spending 15 years in the corporate world. I always felt that my ways of living didn’t align with my career path but I didn’t know where or how to make a change.
After a combination of life events and inner growth, I began to accept what made me different and realized that dimming to fit in was no longer serving me.
As I courageously shine my inner light, my goal is to help people experience inner peace, embody self-love and find their purpose so that they can contribute to a more loving, compassionate world.

We each experience energy a little differently. You might experience sensations, like heat or tingling, or see vivid colors or images. While the experience differs between each person, the outcome tends to be similar: a greater sense of calm and connection to one self and the universe.

No. Reiki and Access sessions do not involve massage. The focus of these sessions is energetic. However, the relaxation you might experience can be similar.

Each Reiki student learns from a teacher. Our lineage traces back to Usui Mikao: a spiritual teacher from Japan who lived from 1865-1926.
